Pathfinder
A couple of years ago we set out on a journey to create consumer grade enterprise applications.
Since then we have completely changed the way our call center agents work and we have opened up tech support to a whole new generation of experts.
It used to be that you had to be in a call center with a headset and phone to support the Soluto customers. Nowadays our Anywhere Experts can work from home or in a cafe in between classes. This would never be possible with the typical, off the shelf enterprise CRM software. Our users needed a customized solution that worked for them and didn't require the user to be a system integrator.
Pathfinder was the first product that we launched that combined a deeply user centered approach with a modular application architecture. This allows us to serve specific features and functionality differently depending on user type and what device they are on.
